Hey everyone. I just want to preface this with saying that I will be busy for the next three weeks or so (got a hockey tournament and a lot of school stuff) so I will not be able to make this thread pretty looking for a while. But I figured it would be good to start it now since I will be getting a lot of levels still, hopefully.

Also, all tips on how to reach my goals will be much appreciated. I am trying to save money for Guthans so I am trying not to burn money to get fast xp (such as cannon or other crafting techniques). Also, this means I try and avoid other "Free fast xp" (such as fly fishing or cutting willows) because I'd rather do things that will profit until I get my guthans. (acquired! but still like to earn money)

2/11 -- pretty productive day. Gained a few levels, got addy defender, and bought a whip thanks to dub! Also made some sick cash farming ranarrs. Reinvested it all in more ranarr seeds.



50 herblore!

Whip! Dubstep got one on task and sold it to me for 2.1m as clan discount. What a champ!

You need to set a 70 Strength Goal for Guthans
(assuming you want the spear as well)

48-55 isn't very many bones at all if you use a guilded alter, it might be worth attempting to kill a few green dragons, you could also use the hides for a small amount of crafting xp, and then alch what you make for a small amount of magic xp.
because you collected&crafted them yourself you will still make profit while training, combat/prayer/craft/mage.

Bonebolts are extremely cheap exp and not too bad for range training.

as for fletching yew longs make profit even if you buy the materials.

farming the cheap option would be fruit trees for xp, and herbs. you'll profit from the herbs even after buying the fruit trees.

I didn't realize Guthan's had a 70 str req, thought it was only Dh and Torag, thank you!

At what melee / range level do you think I could start killing blue dragons at the hero guild?

id say you could start at any level with a safespot for range, but ideally 61+ for rune cbow for a decent speed on the kills. I'm sure you could even kill them with fire strike, I've seen people kill Lava and even steel dragons using it so blues should be fine. Again I'm not saying it will be quick though.

Yeah, I did two sets of slayer tasks for blues using fire bolt. (Now I can get chaos gauntlets so it will be much easier). I just banked the bones and hides, used bones for prayer and sold hides to pay back for the runes so I would break even.

If you're going to continue doing blues, long term it's definitely worth getting 70 agility for the Tav dungeon shortcut. Also faster run recharge is also nice

Had a busy weekend since my gf was in town, but still got some leveling done.





And 2 fishing levels playing Naruto/Studying!




Farming has been terrible so I planted a few pineapple seeds. My ranarrs keep dying, so cash stack hasn't moved much as I am barely breaking even each trip.



ANDDD.... 75 fishing on Monday! 1 More level until my afk skill is cooking...

So I got a bunch of levels while I was on the plane to Vegas... will post after this weekend. Also, I discovered mlm finally since everyone was talking about it. I need the coal and gem bags!

Also -- HUGE shoutout to SgtK, he got an 11m clue and gave me 5.5m of it just because! He also gave the other 5m to murkynight. What a generous dude, this clan is the real deal!! I was on my surface and didn't know how to screenshot the trade, but I will figure out a way to show you guys.

70 attack! Finally using that young whip. Just need to get 70 defense now.

I also got 55 crafting, but I was on the airplane so I didn't get a good screen shot.

And got that Dragon Defender. I'll update that item picture eventually. Here's the defender and some pics of all the loot I saved up getting it. (Will alch eventually)

As you can also see in that pic I got 60 defense, dragon platelegs, dragon boots, obby cape, etc.
