Secret Santa 2022 - SIGN-UPS CLOSED!

Welcome to the 2022 Secret Santa of Osrs Advice, so prepare your inner christmas spirit and read how this is going to happen ! santa

Firstly and most importantly, to enter the Secret Santa:
- POST YOUR USERNAMES, yes plural.
Like I would post Purple Dude / Kaninka, since Kaninka will be receiving the gift, but no one knows who Kaninka is, but they know who Purple Dude is.
This is especially so for irons, you may enter on an alt, but be sure to post all your account names, so your secret santa actually know who you are ^^
- Add a funny message if you feel like it santa

If you do not own a clansite account, you can reach out to Big Bug or Purple Dude(Either ingame or on discord), and I am sure we can convince the little elves to add you to the list cheers

NOTE TO IRONS:
You can of course enter, but it is VERY limited what kind of gift you can receive and not all can afford it, so it is better if you have an alt(that can trade) that can receive the more personalized gift Smile

The Sign Ups will be open until WEDNESDAY THE 14th DECEMBER, after which Big Bug and I will use CHRISTMAS MAGIC, to pair a Santa with a ~~victim~~Gift Receiver, we will be messaging the Santas on Discord or Clansite or Both about who you are giving a gift to Very Happy

THE GIFTS...WHAT DO I DO?!
Well that is simple dear clannie, thanks for asking, what is most fun is themed or creative gifts, rather than the most expensive thing, a personalized gift can be more meaningful to alot of people.
That said, expensive gifts aren't disallowed, but personalized gifts will be remembered, like last year I received 28 Rings of Life xD and a bond.

BUT WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW THEM?
Understandable worry dear clannie, you could secretly whisper to some other clannies, and swear them to secrecy that you asked, and see if they have some interesting gossip about your gift receiver, maybe they are aiming for a particular 99 and you can base the gift around that 99 as the theme, no need to rush the gift, you got time to think of something ^^

BUT WHAT IF I AM AN IRON BTW AND DON'T HAVE AN ALT ACCOUNT?
You could still give a personalized gift, just gotta make it, so it doesn't break upon being dropped, and might need to take your gift receiver to a secret christmas place xD
As mentioned above, it will be hard to gift an iron a personalized gift, so I hope you guys have an alt Very Happy

P.S. You'd think this would go without saying, but please also do your best to not leave somebody hanging this year.
There's always a handful of no-shows, and besides it reflecting poorly on whoever backed out, and being a hassle for the mod team, it's also a bummer for people to miss out on getting a personalized present from someone they might not know all that well.
The entire point of this is to give everybody an excuse to socialize, after all! So if, for whatever reason, something comes up and you're no longer going to be around to meet up at Christmastime, please let either Purple Dude or Big Bug know in advance, and we'll be happy to hold/deliver your gift for you.
