For myself, I tried my hands on a Steel Inquisitor from the Mistborn books, with spikes through my head.




To answer your question; I could see a little bit through the painted fabric, but only if it was somewhat bright.

This is the stuff of nightmares !! and I am just off to bed, so not good timing !!!
Have you seen the comedy series 'zapped' it was shown here in the uk, it was very good imo although I dont think they have done more than 1 series.
I dont need to dress up !! i'm spooky enough lol
