I'm SoilHugger, based in Australia, trying out an iron for my first OSRS account. I maxed my RS3 iron a few months ago and wanted to try out OSRS.

Going for Quest Cape and slayer collection log as my first two goals!

May I suggest adding in hard diaries to your list of goals, I find it goes well with Quest Cape grind! All the best with your goals and hope to see you around.

Thanks! Ah great to you're finding it more fun, it’s like a fully different game just with similar lore in my eyes so most things I’m doing feel pretty new. I’ll definitely add diaries to my goal list, it’ll help break up the longer questing periods too and every little helps there lol. I’m usually on about 13:00 game time, hope to see you in game at some point

Thanks mate been fun so far for sure, learning a lot. Biggest mistake so far (after losing HC status to a moss giant lmao) was getting 60wc with a steel hatchet because I thought you needed to complete fairy tale 2 to get access to fairy rings for tree spirits.

I know it must be rather strange transitioning from RS3 to OSRS initially, I was a completionist cape holder in RS3 but due to so many rapid changes to the game I decided to let it go and try OSRS and never looked back.
Quest cape is a wonderful and ambitious goal to set I wish you success in that journey.

RS3 lost me because of so many things they added I should've made the switch earlier OSRS just has a special place in my heart ya know?
