Introduction of CaptainHovis

Hello everyone!

So where to start... My name is Jamie and I'm 29 from Scotland. I've played since the days of RS Classic. Fell away from it a bit and came back hard and it was the only game I'd ever play for hours on end! Unfortunately my account got dragged to RS3 and my "OSRS" account got reset so that put a huge downer on me for a good bit.

I fell away from it a little bit as life moves pretty fast with my Son growing up (too quickly might I add!), work and whatever else life decides to throw at you! I'm back and it seems to be gripping me pretty hard again so it looks like I'm back for a good while this time!

Logged on and my friends list was totally dead so I decided to take a little look on the RS Forums where I found you guys. I have been on the in game chat for a good few days now and wanted to take the next step. Such a welcoming bunch and I look forward to playing alongside each and every one of you

I may be on and off over the next few weeks as me and my partner have decided to get a puppy which I'm sure you will all see in the Discord at some point.

I'm just looking to base level everything at 60 then go from there. Loads of work to do even getting that so... Yeah, busy one for me!

I checked the pet channel yet but to my disappointment didn't see your pup yet. Definitely get on that (dogs are AWESOME!, but only if you want to of course).

Good to have you Jamie! And best of luck with base 60s. Took me a lot longer than I care to admit, mostly because of RC and Mining.

Hope the puppy is settling in well so far too! We just got a new kitten and I'd clearly forgotten how much of a nightmare they can be
