Vyse's Pro-gress

Well guys, it's a bit delayed, but I figured it would be remiss of me to not make one of these fancy progress threads as well! Still pending on teh title and overall structure/layout i'll be using for this, but figured I would put something out there for you all to peruse through. Maybe it will inspire you, maybe it will make you want to take a nap or eat a bagel, idk..   ;P

Anyways I've spent a bit of time compiling an album of screenshots from my road to the 99 Miningz for your guys' amusement, intrigue, whatever. Maybe this will prove I'm not a bot as well idk, probs not tho. (mew2 plz).

As far as goals go, I'm working on getting at least 70 hunter and then I'll assess whether or not the bots make chinning miserable enough to warrant the Western Hard Diary. If that's the case I will have to put my plans on hold while I go after that. >_<.

I plan on hunting red chins to 99 and then spending the money to bank 99 fm with magic logs (roughly 46m).
I will then proceed to burn magic logs while alching my cares away to 99 and become world-renowned as that guy who alched 400 tinderboxes getting 99 Firemaking.....
oh, and to make you guys mad, too. <3

UPDATE #1 - Western Hard (knock life)


Hey fellas, welp I've reached 74 hunt as of yday, therefore I am a certified ninja hunter... i think... I took one fleeting glimpse at red chin worlds and it wasn't pretty.... Alas, it is as I had feared, I will need to complete the Western Hard diary for the private chinning area before proceeding . So I've been working towards those reqs for the past 2 days, already bagged two of the more time-consuming ones recently!





So, here are my stats as of right this moment:

Yeah, to say the least I've got my hands full .
Seems pretty reasonable to project that the most difficult part will be dealing with that Basilisk that I guess must have resurrected and crawled out of Hogwarts.... Yeah, how do you even kill Snake Jesus?
Nevermind, just checked wiki, I've got 45 HP and this nub maxes 41..... A level 700 boss can't even 1shot me, nice game Jamflex.
Yeah, on 2nd thought that'll be ezpz. 1st try no question.... T_T

Oh Vyse, if only you knew!
Those men of the cloth you speak of, were imposters.
They had donned the robes of Saradomin, Yes. But what did they hide underneath these precious robes? A CRIMSON RED DAGGER! Poisoned even!!
These were nothing but imposters, they were Zamorakians trying to give the priests of Saradomin a bad name by attacking adventurers!
We all know a truly devoted man of the cloth does not kill for joy.

Saradomin believes in slaying only darkness, and darkness is all that is to be slain.
(I'd include birds, but obviously they're darkness personified.)

On the topic of the tuna:
This was indeed a dark day, and still the actions of my past haunt me. And so they should, for regret begets wisdom, and I have much to regret.

Hey guys, it's been a minute or two since my last update and some noob(s) (depending on whether or not you count Exmorn and his failed pure two people...) have been asking me to upload a couple photos. I figured I should update this slowgress thread before it disappears into the void known as the  OSRS Advice inactive thread bin.... thing.. So here's what I've been up to, not nearly as much progress as I had made while mining, but I'm enjoying myself! :D

Prime accomplishments, last two ranged levels since Heroes Quest were obtained totally (un)ethically by taking care of the not-so cooperative chinsies >:D


First attempt at my new moneymaking method didn't go so hot, supercomp is bae

got 78 farm like 2s later...  (that inventory management tho. impeccable, isn't it?)


Caught 6 d imps and was cheered into losing 1.6m =(.... gambling is bad mmkay? Advice, you had your chance. (sry about ur 20m loss as well bud, gambling is bad! btw really you were comfortable losing 20m but couldn't pay me, a clannie and friend u never talk to, 150k extra for my jars??)


Made some progress towards 73 agility for teh Trollheim patch shortcut that saves like 15 seconds and is totally not worth the suffering involved in getting there...
