Hiya guys and gals

My name is Tyler but I just go by Space in-game. I'm 27 years old and have been playing this wonderful game since 2003; watching it evolve, devolve, and finally evolve again in remarkable ways. The community is often times the greatest I have ever came to know -- making many long-time friendships and partners in PvM.

I spend most of my time socializing with beginners in Free-to-Play or teaching new members various bosses throughout the world, and would love to have a centralized community in which I could help spread more in-depth knowledge about a game I've spent so much of my time in.

If I'm not playing the game I'm either coding in Godot, playing Terraria, or drawing artwork centered around OSRS.

I look forward to having a good time with all of you, after having been in the cc for a week to decide if it was perfect for someone like me. I've loved and been impressed by seeing everyone so quick to help others in my short time here.

Hi there and welcome! Watching the game evolve over the years has been a pleasure of mine as well. And I wouldn't have stuck around this long if I didn't have a solid community to play with throughout the years! Glad you found us.

Very kind of you to show greener players how to boss and what not. I'm sure they're very appreciative! Do you have a favorite boss to teach and/or kill yourself?

Thanks!! My favorite boss to help others with is The Nightmare, although it isn't as accessible as some others due to costs and difficulty I have never had as much fun than I have showing it to others. I occasionally take new PvMers to Sarachnis, as it teaches quite a few mechanics that are useful at other bosses (and it's easy!).

Welcome dude. First of all, that artwork is absolutely stellar man. Love the shading especially. I don't know how you artists do it. Definitely takes a special kind of skill, something I couldn't ever do. 

I played some terraria back in the day. My friends convinced me to try out some modded terraria a while back, and I definitely had a ton of fun. I actually just started playing Stardew Valley recently and have been loving it. I'm guessing you've heard of it, but if not, you should check it out

With digital art, there's a cheat code that you can use to make nicer drawings:

Layers!

Layer 1: Outline
Layer 2: Base Colors
Layer 3: Shadows
Layer 4: Highlights
Layer 5: Background

This makes a massive difference as you can do things like erasing and dodge-burning to separate layers without affecting the entire picture as a whole.

I actually do play Stardew Valley! I grew up playing every single Harvest Moon game which inspired SdV and still play Friends of Mineral Town from time to time.

Where do you have your artworks posted at? You're incredibly talented. What medium do you work in? I really wish I was more talented drawing by hand, but the best I can do is manipulations/artwork by Photoshop

Ayy that's awesome. I actually just hit summer 1 year 1 in Stardew, currently stocking up on blueberries and hoping to hit floor 80 soon in the mine for that precious gold ore
