As for in-game goals, none tbh, just going by 1 day at a time, being scared as hell of dying / bossing / raiding ( Only boss I've done is Bandos, I think )
Other than that, nothing really

I think I actually recognize Stone-J from my casual browsing, although I have no idea who that would be in the CC, or if they're even a member. Kinda funny.

We do a fair bit of bossing, as well as frequent learner raids, if you're wanting to get some more experience. I'm pretty similar myself, though. Haven't done much aside from Corp and Slayer, and I'm not big into group content in general.

One day at a time is a good approach. Do what you enjoy, then do something else when that's no longer fun

I strongly encourage questing if you looking for something to do.
Don't be afraid of death, it's usually a minor inconvenience outside of pvp scenarios.

And there are clan members that will teach raiding to new raiders.

I took a fairly long break years ago but joined back in 2019 too. Between then there was a ton of updates that were overwhelming at first for me, but awesome still nonetheless. Best of luck in game, whatever you decide to do. I totally get and can appreciate the no-goals type gameplay approach, I use that in pretty much every game besides OSRS and it definitely keeps things spicy
