Hey all, I've been inspired by some of the threads here to start my own progress thread.

I got my quest cape sometime back in April. Shortly after that I realized that I was close to getting 99 cooking, my first 99 ever. I did that in a mostly efficient manner, and I've since enjoyed the challenge of chasing ehp for other skills. Most recently I got 99 fishing, with quite a bit of 3t along the way. I have a handful of current goals listed here, and I have a long road ahead.

Hey man,

Glad to see you made this post. My ultimate goal is to max my account as well. Not sure if it will ever happen, but that's what I'm shooting for. Great to see you knocked out fishing already. Especially if you were tick manipulating - that's usually a good sign IMO that you'll be able to push through most of the grinds. 

Loved your formatting by the way. Super clean and easy to read. One of these days, I'll edit my thread...

I'd definitely recommend checking out Vikus guide on the forums here for the fight caves if you are having trouble. It's a written guide, but he linked a nice YT video on it as well if you prefer the visual aid. It's very well written and concise.

I don't know why we're suddenly getting such an influx of achievement threads. Looks good though, Tim. Pretty well-rounded account.

Fight Caves is cake once you push through to Jad. You'll get there. Now that you have a blowpipe it should be pretty simple, provided you focus on your prayer(s). Best of luck.

Geez, that 99 fishing is super awesome! You'll definitely get that fire cape eventually, for sure! If you've gotten that close once before, then I've full confidence it'll be in your possession before you know it. Best of luck!

Bit of a slow past few days, but I actually managed to accomplish some things today!

I finally got the cadence down for blackjacking, so 91+ thieving should come this week.

Seems like you could've gotten the fire cape at 70 range.

Well here's the thing,

I have 1.5 hours left until 91 thieving and I don't want to do it. So I've been distracting myself with other things, like...

Overall this brings me to a 1853 total, and on the edge of the 75m xp milestone. That's not all! I'm now at 105 combat level with 106 just around the corner!

Due to life being life, I've not posted for some time. In the meantime, a lot has happened that I'm happy to talk about.

Since my last update I've gone from 1853 to 1907 total level.
I've completely surpassed 75M xp, and as of writing this, am 3M away from 100M xp!

Let's dig into the past while of progress, shall we?

Starting with the melees, I've gone from 105 -> 110 Combat
82 -> 85 attack!
93 -> 99 strength!
87 -> 92 hp!
74 -> 75 defense!
71 -> 72 prayer!

I've been participating in the SOtW more, and have gotten other random levels that I hope I've captured all here.
84 -> 87 agility!
79 -> 89 smithing!
68 -> 72 runecrafting!
73 -> 74 fletching!
80 -> 81 hunter!
86 -> 89 firemaking!
83 -> 90 woodcutting!
83 -> 84 farming!
90 -> 94 thieving, yes I finally got that level

I finished the Western Hard diary, finally getting 1kc on Zulrah.

In other goals
I got the music for the halloween event, so only one holiday remains for the trimmed cape. Goal right now is to have the music cape before then.

After failing to impatience on attempt #3, I got my firecape on the 4th try!

I might try to rush a few more 99s and maybe 2k total before 2021, but my family schedule will mostly decide that.

I want to update this more frequently, but if I don't, I'll see everyone in the new year!

Great bunch of progress there, man. Rounding your account out very nicely. Music cape is big goals for sure. I'm terrible at actually completing the holiday events though, so I've got many months to go before I can cop one myself.

Big congrats on the fire cape as well. Getting that first Jad kill is such a power trip, haha.

P.S. I don't feel like more infrequent updates are so bad. My own laziness aside, it does a lot to make your progress feel even more significant when it's spaced out like that

Maxed total is definitely a great long term goal to have. Don't get too discouraged on the amount of time it takes, my best advice is to set smaller preliminary goals along the journey that will eventually lead to the ultimate goal of maxing.
