Spiderpig Introduction

Hello all.

So I've played RS for a long time, OSRS on and off. I have recently started playing again after a 2-3 year break to focus on my degree within the dairy industry. With that nearly finished, I decided to replay. This clan has been amazing with helping me get back into playing with all the new updates. I got lucky and turned a 10m bank into 518m through bossing/slayer/staking and have a very comfortable bank to do everything in this game I enjoy.

In doing so, I performed a 34M Drop party for the clan as a thank you a few days back for all the help you give to me and others.
With this, I decided to join the forums and hopefully lead to a rank within this clan. I have much more to learn in the game (Raids ETC) but with older experience in things such as GWD, Im more than happy to take people there for those who wish to learn.

So. About me?

I am 25 - 6 ft tall - Scottish.
I have a GSXR 1000 motorbike (Looking to buy a BMW 1000 RR)
Have several tattoos - Sons of Anarchy/Halo/LOTR/Kingdom hearts
Kingdom hearts and Final fantasy are definitely my choice of games for best of all time but i do love my shooters also.

My DM's on the game are always open for anyone wanting to chat, be friends, chill out, ask for advice.

Look forward to spending my time with the clan and to further my OSRS knowledge for the years i have missed.

UPDATE---------------------

So I left RS in March 2021 due to focussing on my work.
I have now left Scotland and living in the middle east near Dubai.

My account was hijacked, 87,000 abby demons were botted on my account and 4.5bill was gone.
3 days fighting to get my account back, I am now playing again.


I bought bonds, went to the sandy place, made absolute bank (4 days before it closes. Good riddence)
And now im here to finally play properly again.

So here is my intro before/new intro to those who still play.
Always down for PVMING, need to learn raids/new PVM Content.

Welcome, on a more 'official' (so to speak) basis to the clan mate, happy to have you make a post on the offsite!

Have to say quickly... I remember when (to my knowledge) you first ever joined the clan chat and about 3/4 different people started singing the Simpsons 'spider pig' song all at once haha. It was a fantastic moment and I'll keep that as a cherished and notable memory of you first coming into the clan chat

Naughty naughty for going to the duel area lol but that's just my own view on it. Make sure to set yourself a limit and don't get cleaned if you hit it up again in the future. Nonetheless, the gains you've made are fantastic and I'm sure you spent the money on some awesome PvM gear or buyable skills which is great and valuable!!

As far as ranks go for getting that smiley face, keep being you and keep being active and I'm sure it'll come around eventually! There's a handy 'how to get promoted' post by Bear on the offsite Announcements section so make sure to give that a read too

Just googled the bike, it looks awesome! Fair to say I'm petrified of them myself, much rather the safety of a car haha. That being said, I am a huge car head and am always up for chatting about them with my knowledge being far better towards them than motorbikes haha!

Have you got any short or long-term goals you're currently working towards in-game? Whatever they may be, I wish you all the best with them

As far as car knowledge goes, "Oooh that looks nice" is as far as I an go XD
Well I've been poor in this game and rich in this game. I've had 5m to my name and 3 bill to my name. Gp doesn't really mean much other than it makes the game a bit more easier/comfortable to play. I've bought max range and melee aside from the heavy hitters of GP stacks. (T bow etc etc)

Well I used spare GP in small amounts and just got super lucky that I kept winning. Ill always only use cash stack and buy items not to sell going forward.

Currently Slaying - Vorkath slayer task (Blue drags). A long term goal is all boss pets so im always down for bossing if the mood is right.

Short term - Quest cape/base 70 skilling stats/Clue scroll requirements

Aha I feel you, I'm exactly the same with motorbikes Usually it isn't just 'ooh that looks nice' but also 'ooh that sounds awesome' too haha.

If you ever go back then let me know, I'd love to come as a cheerleader lol. I always find the duel arena antics really thrilling and entertaining even though I don't think I'd ever have the bottle to do it myself!

Was great seeing you in-game earlier for the first time too. Hopefully I'll see you around a lot more often now that I'm not stuck in Zeah slaving away crafting blood runes haha.

Hi Spiderpig! I've met you in the clan chat and at the generous drop party you hosted in the party room but it's great to meet you here as well. Like you, I've played RuneScape off and on for years. I started playing OSRS around the time it was released on mobile and have been enjoying it immensely.

Good luck on your goals of quest cape and skill levels as well as acquiring the boss pets.

I miss tormented demons. My all time favourite monster to kill. Camped them for agees in rs2 days and made absolute bank.

Solod corp for a divine sigil. Duo'd and ely with Exodemoness
Solo'd nex with no luck but it was a 1/40 drop and 50 minute solo kill. Can't expect a drop really. Bossing is what i love in this game

Glad you decided to sign up on the offsite bud! I've seen you a bunch in the cc - it's always nice to see a familiar face join the forums.

I got my Class M license as soon as I turned 18. I'm a sucker for small displacement bikes - currently riding a Rebel 300 (no shame here, lol). Although, I've seen a couple of Zukis around town - they are are awesome bikes! I've currently got my eyes on a Honda CB500X. Maybe one day I'll pull the trigger and snag one... I've always been looking to get into the beginner ADV scene.

Edit: Thought I'd link this thread here. There's a thread started back up a while ago called OSRS Ink - some clannies have showed their tats. Figured you might be interested in checking it out! It's under the Off topic section of the forums, listed here. I'm not into ink personally, but there are some absolutely awesome tats on there.

Can't fault a 300. Staying in scotland there are some fantastic roads. If you google "Scotland NC500" its like route 66 for Scotland. I plan to do a motorbike tour on that.
Also RS Ink is something I'm very interested in. Always loved this game and have a couple of ideas of RS ink to get myself.

Like you I took a long break from the game and recently got back into it, definitely have not made bank gains like that but have been making gains nonetheless . Those tattos sound interesting! Speaking of Final Fantasy, I just beat FF7 Remake and really enjoyed it. First time really experiencing that game since I never played the original.
