Hello [again] OSRS Advice!
Hi again everybody! Have been in the clan since around mid-May, said a quick hello on the offsite then too, if you've been on a voice chat on any CoX or the weekly pvm events you may know me simply as Mr Scotland.
Wanted to take a minute to re introduce myself and let you know my goals and what I get up to on OSRS. I used to be a high level ironman [btw] but decided to turn normal and get back into enjoying the game after I'd hit my iron goal (which was 99 slayer).
Main Current Goals:
Learn TOB
Do more CoX
Do more nightmare
In general make some more GP, I've got a lot of gear upgrades to make and skills to train!
Reach the 2.2k worlds
Say hello to me in game, I'm always up for group PVM stuff and I usually join the discord voice chats too.

Re: Hello [again] OSRS Advice!
Hey Haggis. You didn't have to post again, but more background is always appreciated. I was actually surprised by just how Scottish you were when I listened in on the Nightmare event last weekend. Not really sure why... you figure the name would be a pretty good hint, haha.
You don't hear of many Ironmen de-ironing. Do you regret it at all? Certainly would open you up to a lot more content, but I imagine you get pretty attached to your account after a while. Good set of goals either way, certainly made easier by the fact that you're now a normie like the rest of us I've yet to get the opportunity to do much CoX/Nightmare myself, but I'm interested in learning at some point. Would maybe be willing to tag along once I'm comfortable. And I'm always down for some Corp if you're into that! Had some pretty insane sigil luck in my day if that helps entice you at all, heh.
You think you might try to learn ToB during Boss of the Week? Seems like a great opportunity provided you can find some teachers. I know Free Melly was up for some learner sessions last I heard, if you wanna hit him up
Best of luck cracking 2.2k total. I might get there some time this decade if I'm lucky, lol.

Hi Haggis! I've seen you in the clan chat but it's nice to meet you here on the offsite as well. Congrats on your iron goal of reaching 99 slayer! Good luck on your normie goals of bossing, making GP for skills and upgrades, and reaching 2.2 level worlds.

Re: Hello [again] OSRS Advice!
Hey Haggis,
Thanks for re-posting an intro, it's always nice to learn about more clannies. I never knew you were an ex-ironman - hitting 99 slayer on an iron is awesome bud! Still got a few levels for myself to reach it. Probably won't be for another few months at least, lol. One of my goals is reaching 2.2K total as well(as well as base 90s). Best of luck on your on skillng and PvM goals! Feel free to hit me up if you are ever down to do CoX as well.
Catch you in the cc!

Re: Hello [again] OSRS Advice!
Thanks for the nice replies and warm welcomes everybody! Good to know there's always people to hang out with and boss with!
@ Syll : 'You don't hear of many Ironmen de-ironing. Do you regret it at all? Certainly would open you up to a lot more content, but I imagine you get pretty attached to your account after a while. '
Sometimes I regret it, I enjoy drop tab porn and had built up nice ones but ultimately I was very bored and was borderline going to leave the game - I actually stopped playing for about 5 months between hitting my goals and then returning to the game! I still think it was the right decision for me though - I have really been enjoying the game being able to play with teammates (especially the OSRS Advice crew - nice plug there!)

Eyyy Rogue, finally made an intro post!
Now if you can just bring that manly scottish accent and a 'bonk' into CoX that would be great!
