Returning to runescape for the max cape

The road to max, while enjoyable at times, is a long and treacherous journey. I'm not exactly proficient at combat related activities (Level 3 btw), but I enjoy playing the game rather efficiently.

That being said; If you have and questions or seek any guidance with specific skills I would be happy to help. I look forward to keeping up with your journey on the road to maxing your account!

Hey Matt, glad to have you! You are definitely right about the road to max being a long and arduous journey but time has absolutely flown for me personally and the progress we all have been making this last year is incredible. I think having a huge clan always in chat to talk to definitely plays a part in the longevity of the game and how difficult the grinds feels.

For instance our Skill of the Week competitions, if it weren't for these I would still have 70 agility and mining, my most hated skills. Instead they are 88 and 90 respectively

Anyways, always glad to have a new friendly face around so welcome!

Welcome back man, a lot of us are in the same boat and have rejoined for whatever reason. It's safe to say you can make more progress in a month now than a year of playing as a child, which is both a blessing and a curse. Hopefully you find the blessing side

Hey Matt, welcome. Nice of you to sign up! I started playing in elementary school as well. Quit during my last year of middle school when my friends moved away from the game. Took a break for about 9 years, but now I'm back and enjoying it more than ever! Here's hoping it sticks with you, too.

What are your short term goals looking like? Maxing is a great goal, of course, but it's rather nebulous. You figure you might be able to make that happen within the year? I'm nowhere close myself, and likely never will be, but it's still nice to think that I might get there some day For now though, I think I'd be happy to settle with 2k total, haha.

My short term goals are pets and slayer, I'm really exited to dive into the bossing aspect of slayer in particular or even the raids. Theres so much content I'm looking forward to. I had to take it back a notch like you said, with the end goal still in mind the journeys the whole adventure.
