Slater's efficiency championship!

Introduction:
Welcome to slater's efficiency championship, where it's your job to please the crowds with your lack of life!
Given the current world's state, there's never been a better time to no life runescape than right now.
Prove your worth in this gauntlet of efficiency. Either with skilling or bossing, your lack of life will shine greatly in the heavens if you emerge victorious!
In this event, you will compete in an efficiency test designed to gauge how efficiently you can spend your time in runescape. You will be measured based on your ability to score a high number of EHP, EHB, or both in a two week period
Time of event:
Event starts 1 week from this post (27th April 12 am GMT) , and lasts for 2 weeks (11th May 12 am GMT).
During those 2 weeks players compete by skilling or bossing however they wish, and their efficiency hours are calculated based on a normalized version of ehp and ehb tailored specifically for this competition.
I have spoken with Bing regarding this event, and he agreed to cancel out the next SotW rotation, and Reality has agreed to cancel out BotW, so your focus can be entirely on this event.
Entry conditions and rewards:
Entry in this competition requires a small fee of 3m gp which is put in the prize pool for the winners.
The prize pool is supplemented by 100m from lord slater, and the prizes are divided as follows: 1st place 50m + 50% of pool. 2nd place 25m + 25% of pool. 3rd place 15m + 15% of pool. 4th place 10m + 10% of pool.
If you somehow can't afford the entry fee, you can still participate in the competition, but if you win you will receive a flat reward (you will not receive a % bonus from the pool). The % bonus you would have claimed had you paid an entry fee will be distributed among other paying winners. If there are no paying winners, the participation fee will be refunded to all players. (Dont be cheap people
)
The participation fee can be given to Bear or Bing upon signing up to the competition.

Player scores and ehp/ehb normalization:
Players are scored based on a normalized versions of ehp/ehb per hour in a 2 week period.
EHP is efficient hours played (an hour in which you achieve the maximum possible exp/rate throughout).
EHB is efficient hours bossed (an hour in which you continuously kill a boss at the average achieveable kill time).
As we all know, ehp in one skill can be much more difficult than ehp in another. For example, ehp in runecrafting is significantly more "work" than ehp in cooking. The same can be said about bossing. Ehb doing cox is much more "work" than ehb doing hydra. The definition of "work" isn't just in terms of actions per minute (APM), but also in terms of concentration and difficulty.
Due to the differences in "work", your ehp/ehb will be multiplied by a modifier to normalize it. This way all players can feel free to no life any boss or skill they would like, without being penalized for choosing a slow skill or more difficult boss.
At the end of the 2 week period, players exp gained/bosses killed will be calculated and normalized.
After normalization, players will be sorted based on their normalized ehp+ehb per hours in 2 weeks (360 hours), this gives us an estimate of how efficient are you at runescape over two weeks of gameplay. The top four players are considered the winners of the efficiency gauntlet!
For example, a player who did normalized 30 ehp and 40 ehb would receive an overall score of 70/360= 19.4% efficiency. (Which is considered high by normal standards btw)
EHP methods and normalization modifiers:
The below EHP methods do NOT factor in altscape. Many of the below methods are surpassed by better ehp methods that require multiple accounts/runners, while this competition has no rules regarding altscape, it goes against the spirit of the competiton as it gives a massive advantage to players who already have multiple accounts setup. But hey, you do you booboo, There's 100m+ gp to be won, and altscape is sweaty af anyways.
The below methods are exp rates granted at roughly lvl 80 for all skills. While this might be a bit controvertial as higher players will acquire higher rates, I personally feel like this is a good cut-off point for most skills where the increase in exp/hr expected sort of plateaus (This is based on my own efficiency experience).
1- Attack/Strength. 0.5x mod. Efficient NMZ. 80k~ exp in 1 ehp.
2- Defence. 0.5x mod. Chinning in mm2. 350k~ exp in 1 ehp.
3- Range. 0.5x mod. Chinning in mm2. 800k~ exp in 1 ehp.
4- Prayer. 0.75x mod. Ticking Superior dbones. 1.4m exp in 1 ehp.
5- Mining. 1.5x mod. Ticking granite. 100k~ exp in 1 ehp.
6- Fishing. 1.5x mod. Ticking barb fishing. 90k~ exp in 1 ehp.
7- Smithing. 1.0x mod. BF gold bars. 380k~ exp in 1 ehp.
8- Thieving. 1.25x mod. Blackjacking. 220k~ exp in 1 ehp.
9- Agility. 0.5x mod. Prif track. 65k~ exp in 1 ehp.
10- Cooking. 0.75x mod. Ticking karams. 900k~ exp in 1 ehp.
11- Woodcutting. 1.5x mod. Ticking teaks. 170k~ exp in 1 ehp.
12- Firemaking. 0.5x mod. Magic logs. 450k~ exp in 1 ehp.
13- Crafting. 0.25x mod. Red dhide bodies. 340k~ exp in 1 ehp.
14- Herblore. 0.25x mod. Magic pots. 430k~ exp in 1 ehp.
15- Slayer. 1.75x mod. Barrage only tasks. 70k~ exp in 1 ehp.
16- Hunter. 1.25x mod. Ticking black chins. 190k~ exp in 1 ehp.
17- Construction. 0.5x mod. Mahog tables. 900k~ exp in 1 ehp.
18- Runecrafting. 1.75x mod. Lava runes. 65k~ exp in 1 ehp.
19- HP. 0x mod. You gain this by doing literally any combat.
20- Magic. 0x mod. You can multi-skill magic with agility, hunter, slayer, runecrafting, farming and get 200m exp in it without wasting hours played. While you can get a much higher rate barraging mm2 tunnels than multi-skilling, since you can 200m this skill without doing so, it is considered sub-optimal to barrage mm2 for mage.
21- Fletching. 0x mod. Much like magic, this skill is entirely 200m multi-skillable with the same activities.
22- Farming. 0x Get outta here, daily skills should never be assigned a ehp. You just run from one location to another 5 minutes per day for ehp. Even if I counted this, it's modifier would be so so low that it wouldn't matter anyways.
EHB kill times and normalization modifiers:
Bosses not mentioned below will not count towards your EHB for this competition.
Note that these kill per hour rates are based on max gear with max effort and are difficult to achieve, but don't be discouraged - your average player can get good points/hour thanks to the high weightings!! With enough sweat, you can beat all those max gear maxed nerds out there!!

Explanation on some EHP modifiers:
Some of you might not like these mods, but I remind you, these mods are not based on how difficult a skill is normally, they are based on how difficult a skill is at ehp.
Agility specifically is comparatively a much worse skill than most other skills normally. However, since normal agility and ehp agility are the same, comparing ehp agility to even ehp cooking you'll find that it's much more chill to do agility in terms of both APM and concentration.
Furthermore, I gave magic a 0x modifier while not doing the same for other combats, because magic specifically is ultra slayer ehp, while other combats are not. So if you train slayer with non-magic methods you're not going to achieve good slayer ehp, thus stacking ehp won't be as big of a problem.
I gave fletching a 0x modifier for a similar reason. EHP fletching is when you do it with other skills in what's commonly called "zero time" fletching, and it barely requires any serious effort/concentration.
These mods are based on my own personal experience doing EHP in all of those skills. And while I'm not the most insane player out there, I managed to max an account in exactly 360 days from 117 ehp to 1434 ehp on a dare Jan 27 2019 -> Jan 23 2020. Averaging at about 3.6 raw ehp every single day for 360 days not including 2.5k~ zulrah kills, doing diaries/quests, downtime for real life stuff, etc.

I'm not personally very experienced with PVM other than solo content and even then not much. However, I consulted with a few friends who have significant EHB invested in rs, and they assisted me in coming up with these mods.

If anyone presents me a good argument as to why these mods may be wrong, I could change things up before the event begins.

Hey @DabbingBrb. I wrote a script that will crawl the hiscores page for a list of names when I tell it to. It'll do all the math for me based on the above values
Of course there's the whole 6 hours log thing for tryhards, but over 2 weeks a 6 hour headstart fades away really quickly.
