Hey guys,

Quick introduction; I'm Shef. I've been playing Runescape for about 15 years, on and off as we all do.

I mainly play RS3 where I'm maxed, up until recently when I decided to get into OSRS and get some nostalgia kicks. My main goals in OS at the moment is to get the quest cape, which I'm hoping to get at the lowest level possible to unlock as much content to get going. Then I want to work on my way to max while experiencing the game as it was years ago, and to enjoy the new content OS have introduced.

Most of my 99s were achieved back in the 2007-2009 era so a lot of what OSRS does to level is what I remember when I leveled. I fondly (not really) remember my troubles grinding out 99 Runecrafting. I have that to look forward to again!

I also met my wife on RS many years ago, moved to the US and married her. Now we have both moved to the UK where we are now. She's been in the chat too under Pebbleshark.

Welcome Shef, your story sounds a lot like mine, my main account is maxed on Rs3, I made an alt account about a year ago so I could play both osrs and rs3 at the same time but now I find I just play osrs most of the time now since finding this clan, so nice to be able to chat and skill with others.

I've just gone through the quest grind myself and loved it, also loving all the new content that osrs has to offer.

Really nice introduction, and great to have you here...both of you. I know of several people from rs2 that met on here, and some that also married. Good luck with your goals and see you in game. This is a great clan with lots to offer, and its fun playing along with lots of nice people.

Hey Shef! I don't know why maxed RS3 players (many of them Pmods) keep showing up, but you won't catch me complaining (it's not just because I'm intimidated, I swear)!

I still think it's super cool that that you and your wife met on Runescape. It's even cooler that you've decided to join us! I think you've made a good choice

Good luck with that Quest Cape! Certainly a popular goal around here. I'd love to have one myself, but I have no interest in questing at the moment. Maybe some day soon I'll get into a groove and start working my way through them. But I bet you'll get there first!
