New Adventures

Hey all, I said I'd make this thread like 3 days ago but never got around to doing it, so here it is.

It is time I say my farewell to this community and this game. As some of you may know, I've recently graduated from university, and before I continue on to the next part of my life, I've decided to take a gap year and travel to Europe for 12 months (I'm from Australia for those who don't know). I don't see RuneScape being a part of my time spent in Europe and so I think it's a good time to say farewell and move on to bigger and better things.

I also feel that it's a good point to finish my love affair with this game, as I've achieved just about all the I set out to achieve, namely maxing my account.

So this is it, farewell OSRS Advivce, I couldn't have joined a more pleasant CC to spend my time in this game. You're all amazing wonderful people and I wish you all the best.

I'd like to offer a special shoutout to Lokandur, SoraSpirit, RealitysGod and Zvny. Keep doing you guys, you're the best at it.

Where are you hoping to visit? a friend of mine uses a facebook page 'Almighty gathering of Runescape players', and was flooded with offers of a stay or a meal from fellow scapers, may not be your thing be he loves to socialise, and you are an Aussie!!!.( he is Dutch), from what ive seen very outgoing natures.

That sounds like it'll be a wonderful experience! There's nothing better in the world than traveling somewhere you've never been before. We've always got to move on from the things we love at some point, and this sounds like just about the best reason to do it.

Go have fun, take lots of pictures, and make lots of memories.

Lucky duck, I plan on travelling through Europe next year as well! All the best, enjoy the sights and the food, and don't be a stranger
