Here's the neighbour's cat, Cherokee. She spends most days at our place soaking up the sun on our veranda. Our dog is absolutely fascinated by her, and luckily she tolerates the stares and invasions of privacy

Hi! I'm new to the clan but not to RuneScape. I saw the dog topic on page 1 of the 'Off Topic' topics but had to look a bit to find the cat topic and was pleased when I found it.

I don't think I can post links yet so I can't link to their photo on imgur. I don't if I can upload an image yet either and if so, I don't know how to do it on this forum. When I'm able to post a link, I'll share their photo.

Here are my cats:



Astrid will be 7 in August. She started out belonging to one of my sons when he was a junior in college but after he graduated, he went overseas where he's been for the last 5 years. So she now lives with my husband and me.

Anaya will be 6 in June. When one of our older cats passed, we wanted a companion for Astrid so my other son and I adopted her from the local humane society when she was just a few weeks old. She was named after a character in the DragonLance series - a Kagonesti (or wild) elf with black hair. The name seems to suit her of course since her hair is black but also because she can behave kind of wildly at times and because she has a lithe athletic body like her namesake.

Alduin turned 4 in April. When he was only a day or two old my daughter found him laying outside in the grass at her workplace where there was a large stray cat population. We later found out the mother cat had given birth on the roof and we suspected he was part of that litter and had fallen off the roof into the grass. Since we didn't know that at the time and couldn't locate his mother, we bottle fed him and kept him. He was named after Alduin, the dragon in Skyrim because we wanted another 'A' name to complement Astrid and Anaya.

We just got some new kittys! They asre still too scared to be allowed out of their cage though (they are feral, so we are the first owners)
