If this ends up being too long I'm gonna add a TL;DR at the end:

I fell for the most stupid phishing of my life today, which led to most of my items being stolen. First thing I did was to ask in chat how could I secure my account before more harm gets done to it. As usual with this CC, everybody was amazingly helpful.

So, my account was (hopefully) secured. There was still a problem, though: My bank, or what was left of it.

I thought on quitting, as I didn't see a reason to continue playing without all I strived for (which isn't much, but I really worked for it). Yes, I could've just recover my money and move on, but I was far too sad to even think of it.

That's when this really kind person asked of me to send a PM, to help me rebuild. He asked me about my losses and gave me a hand.

Rivet City, if you're reading this, you're the reason I didn't quit. I don't even remember how I found this CC, but thanks goddness I did.

TL;DR: Got hacked and an amazing person helped me rebuild. Yes, It's "just virtual money". But the action he commited was the reason I'm still playing, which is unvaluable.

Thanks a lot, Rivet. This is the less I could've done to repay your kidness.

I work in the InfoSecurity field and deal with phishing on a daily basis if you have any questions on how to spot them or best secure accounts (RS, or other). It happens to everyone - I even fell for a "RS Mobile" scam on Facebook about a year ago, and look at what I do for a living. *WHOOPS*

You won't find a more dedicated bunch of individuals than in this CC, and Rivet is just the tip of the iceberg. We go deep to help out others.
