When you make 20m profit off Ely...then Raids 2 decides they don't need Ely anymore. 135m loss. lol. Make sure to always be checking your margins guys. Anyways, my last week of work then I'm off for the summer! (thank God for jobs in education Wink

I feel. I don't have nearly the cash stack to play around like you do, but some low/mid margin, high volume flips in recent days (hell with my cash stack I'll take a 30k flip lol)
