I've completed all the Medium diaries and am currently going for all Hard diaries. Only have a few skills left to go before I am able to complete them all at once. I've listed the skills in the order I am completing them. I'll post screencaps upon the completion of a skill.

Smithing: 70/75
Firemaking: 62/65
Thieving: 66/75
Farming: 61/70
Herblore: 61/66
Runecrafting: 51/65
Hunter: 63/69

Also got Mining up to 84, Agility Up to 78, and completed Kandarin Hard Diary!
